Due to the nature of our products, only unopened and unused items in their original condition and packaging may be eligible for return. We cannot accept returns on any cigars or tobacco products that have been opened, used, or damaged.
You may return eligible products within 48 hours of receipt for a refund or exchange. After 48 hours, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Approval: Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with return instructions. Please do not send any items back until you receive approval.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, we will ship the replacement product once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition.
