Due to the nature of our products, only unopened and unused items in their original condition and packaging may be eligible for return. We cannot accept returns on any cigars or tobacco products that have been opened, used, or damaged.

2. Timeframe for Returns

You may return eligible products within 48 hours of receipt for a refund or exchange. After 48 hours, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Approval: Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with return instructions. Please do not send any items back until you receive approval.

  3. Shipping: Pack the items securely in their original packaging and send them to the following address:

    Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent).

4. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

  • Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, we will ship the replacement product once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will provide instructions on how to return the damaged item and offer you a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
